We have our own Barista Academy, designed to give our teams the skills and confidence to make great coffee consistently. It’s a structured programme that builds knowledge over time, from understanding the beans to working confidently on the machine.
It means every cup is made with care, and every team member has the training to do it properly.
We invest in developing our people through our Apprenticeship Academy, giving chefs and front of house teams the chance to build their skills and grow their careers.
From early stage training through to more advanced programmes, it’s a practical, hands-on approach that supports people at every level. By connecting into wider programmes across the business, we’re able to open up even more opportunities, sharing knowledge, raising standards and helping our teams keep moving forward.
Craft Crew is our in house hospitality crew, connecting skilled professionals with the venues that need them most. Built on craft, creativity and community, it brings together chefs, front of house teams, baristas and event crew who take pride in what they do. People are thoughtfully matched to each role, arriving prepared, professional and ready to support the team from the moment they step in. It is a flexible way to bring in experienced people, while keeping the standards and feel you expect from Company of Cooks.

It’s not just about catering. It’s never just a café, restaurant or bar. It’s about memories and moments. We create concepts for catering outlets that connect with the venue’s visitors and that blend in perfectly with the identity of the space.
All of it is overseen a team of extraordinary chefs and bakers.
