As the garden settles into the evening, you’ll take your place at a shared table, beginning with a welcome drink and small bites, followed by a three-course supper from our chefs, shaped by the season.
Each supper takes its cue from a different cuisine, from Italian and Spanish to British, Indian and more. Menus are shaped by the season, with generous, flavour-led dishes.
