Royal Opera House

Royal Opera House

The Royal Opera House is one of the world’s leading cultural stages, where opera, ballet and contemporary performance come together in the heart of Covent Garden. Food and drink are an integral part of the experience here, shaping how audiences gather, dine and spend time in the building before and after a performance.

Terrace

Company of Cooks works in close partnership with the Royal Opera House to deliver food and drink across the estate. From rooftop restaurants and terrace bars to elegant dining rooms, Champagne bars, cafés and social spaces, the offer is varied and carefully considered, designed to respond to the rhythm of performance days.

At its centre is Cicoria, the fifth-floor restaurant created in partnership with Angela Hartnett, bringing confident, Italian-inspired cooking to the Opera House. Alongside this flagship dining destination, a network of bars and restaurants supports everything from pre-performance dinners and interval drinks to all-day dining and informal moments between rehearsals and events.
