Set within a working brewery, Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is a place rooted in craft and curiosity. It brings together brewing, food and culture in a space designed for discovery, welcoming visitors to explore the stories, flavours and people behind Guinness. Working in a live brewing environment calls for a thoughtful approach, where food and service complement the setting rather than compete with it.
Our teams are responsible for shaping the food and hospitality experience across the site, working closely with Diageo to create an offer that feels generous, grounded and true to the space. Menus are led by craft and flavour, designed to work alongside Guinness beers, while service is warm, knowledgeable and paced around how guests move through the building.
As a new partnership, the focus has been on understanding the rhythm of the brewery, the flow of visitors and the role food and drink play in bringing people together. That means taking cues from the space itself, collaborating closely with on-site teams and building an experience that feels considered from arrival to last orders.
