We’ve secured new long term agreements with some of the City of London’s most historic Livery Halls, and we’re excited to keep building on relationships that span decades.
We’ve secured long term partnerships and renewed existing relationships across some of the City of London’s most historic Livery Halls, continuing partnerships that in many cases span decades. These are places with deep heritage and complex ways of working, and retaining this work reflects the trust built between our teams and the clients we work alongside every day.
The renewed agreements cover venues including Brewers’ Hall, Goldsmiths’ Hall and Ironmongers’ Hall, where Company of Cooks teams are responsible for delivering a wide range of events, from formal dining and livery occasions to modern corporate and private events. Each hall brings its own traditions, rhythms and expectations, and understanding how to work within those settings takes time, care and specialist knowledge.
For our teams, this continuity matters. Long term partnerships allow them to really know a building, its people and its purpose. They understand how kitchens, halls and cellars are used, how events flow, and how to balance historic surroundings with the expectations of today’s guests. It’s this depth of understanding that clients consistently value, particularly in venues where heritage is central to the experience.
Many of these relationships stretch back more than twenty years, shaped by consistency, collaboration and a shared commitment to doing things properly. Retaining this work gives our teams the space to focus on craft and creativity, rooted in strong relationships and a deep understanding of each venue and its community.
Looking ahead, the focus remains the same. Thoughtful food, events shaped by care, detail and experience and teams who work closely with the people who know these spaces best. These renewed partnerships give us the platform to continue that work in some of the City of London’s most remarkable buildings, for years to come.
