We’ve been appointed as the food and drink partner at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh, becoming the first hospitality partner for the science centre.
Set at the foot of Arthur’s Seat, Dynamic Earth is a leading science centre and planetarium, welcoming families, schools and event guests throughout the year. It’s a space built around exploration and learning, where visitors move through immersive exhibitions that tell the story of our planet.
Our teams will deliver food, drink and hospitality across both the visitor café and the events programme, working closely with the Dynamic Earth team to shape an offer that fits the space and the people who spend time there. That means a café designed with families in mind, alongside an events offer that supports conferences, dinners and private hire.
The food will reflect the location and context of the site, with a focus on seasonal menus and Scottish produce. As with all our partnerships, the approach is simple: well-made food, delivered properly, and designed to sit naturally within the wider experience.
As a new partnership, this is about building something that works from day one. Taking the time to understand how visitors move through the building, how events are delivered and what the space needs from food and hospitality. It’s also about working closely with the on-site team to create something consistent and well judged.
