Through barista training, industry qualifications and ongoing coaching and mentoring support, Well Grounded equip people with the skills and confidence to build lasting careers. Together, we support this mission by serving Community blend coffee, supporting training programmes and creating employment opportunities across our venues.
Since 2023, the Community blend has raised £250,000 for Well Grounded's London academies, helping the organisation reach 494 individuals through their advocacy, employability and career accelerator programmes. Our partnership goes beyond serving great coffee. It’s about helping people develop skills, confidence and opportunities within the hospitality industry, while strengthening the communities we work in.

Impact so far
Since launching our partnership, we’ve worked together to support training programmes, employment opportunities and fundraising initiatives.
Alongside this, we continue to support Well Grounded’s training programmes and create real pathways into employment across our venues.
All funds raised support Well Grounded’s training academies in London, helping deliver barista training, hospitality qualifications, mentoring and employment support.
Through this partnership, every cup of Community Blend plays a part in creating opportunities and building a more inclusive hospitality industry.
